Thai Recipe : How to make "Pat Kaprow" (Stir-fried dish with holy basil (bai grapaw) and ch ile (prik kee noo))
This is my first post in this kind of article. I hope this would be useful for you guy if you want to make Thai food as the same way as Thais people did. And I do apologize about my english grammar -*- , in a few article i will be better.
Hope you enjoy. Another thing, I did tke these photo via camera phone so it mignt not clear and sharp.
Thai Recipe : How to make "Pat Kaprow" Stir-fried dish with holy basil (bai grapaw) and ch ile (prik kee noo)
****Sorry about pictures! It reverse order!
1. I have some of pork (about 200 g)
2. Then I did cut pork into a smaller pieces.
3. I just have a few of ingredients following, fish sause, peper, oyster sause, soy sause
4. I use a litter of pepper, 1 spoon of oyster sause, 1/2 spoon of soy sause and 1/3 spoon of fish sause. Mix it together and put 2-3 spoon of water. Then Mix it well with slided pork as you seen in picture
5. Some of important ingredients are chilli, Basil, green paprika (may not require), onion (may be not require too)
6. Cut of of ingredients into a small pieces.
7. Use another cup for preparing a litter of pepper, 1 spoon of oyster sause, 1 spoon of soy sause and 1/2 spoon of fish sause. Mix it together and put 4-5 spoon of water
8.Oh I almost forget! the important thing > galic , hit its with knife or something hard
9. This menu i always eat with fried egg so i did fired egg before
10. Put a garlig into a hot oil
11. Then put pork
12. Then put chilli and paprika
13. after 1-2 minutes then put basil leaves
14. Stir for 30 sec
15. It 's done ... wow please eat with rice, that ;s fantastic.
